How do we work?
We operate differently to other recruiters. We only headhunt our candidates, our roles are typically not advertised. We're firm believers that the best CVs are of people who aren't actively on the market, so we go direct to source to ensure the highest quality applicants for our clients.

We are able to headhunt staff effectively for mid to senior level permanent hires within the UK, Europe, Americas, Middle East, Asia and Australasia.
What are our fees?
As a small, independently owned recruiter - we don't have the sky high running costs of some of our bigger rivals. This enables us to pass on the cost saving to our clients, ensuring competitive and attractive fees all round
What are our job types?
Saluki Recruitment are primarily a permanent hires recruiter, we currently do not recruit contractors.
Where do we operate?
We are headquartered in London and recruit for organisations throughout the UK, US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific
How long do we take submit CVs?
Once a brief has been submitted by a client we would typically aim to begin submitting applications and CVs within 2-3 working days
Are our discussions confidential?
Yes, we operate with the utmost discretion and all CV and brief submissions are treated as highly confidential.

Although we are newly founded in 2022, our team of experienced consultants have been placing talented experts into diverse businesses worldwide for over 18 years
